Space is VERY limited and are only accepting 6 yoga teachers due to this being part of our 200hr teacher training.

You are a yoga teacher or a student in a yoga teacher training program. You know quite a lot about the chakra system. You can explain what a chakra is, where each one is located and which organs or glands it relates to. You know about the colors, the emotional qualities and shadows that each chakra is associated with. But do you know how to recognize and connect with the specific energy of a chakra ? Do you know how to use yoga and meditation to balance and align a specific chakra ? If the answer is no to these two last questions, this intensive 5 hours Kundalini Yoga Chakra workshop is for you.

Because Kundalini Yoga focuses on energy work and its technology enables us to liberate ourselves from negative self sabotaging programming, habits and thoughts, it is particularly powerful in developing and optimizing the energetic potential of our chakra system. The powerful combination of physical postures and movement, pranayama breathing and the chanting of mantras activates our glandular system, strengthens our nervous system and develops and aligns our physical and subtle bodies.

Susanne Werblow, Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Founder of Kundalini Yoga GR will guide you through the chakra system, teach you how to recognise and connect with each specific energy and share with you kundalini yoga exercises and meditations to trigger, balance and optimize each chakra. The Journey will lead you to the “8th” chakra, your magnetic field or aura which is the energetic projection resulting from the level of development of each of your chakras.

We’ll close the workshop with a chakra integration exercise and finally relax with the gong as you WILL be exhausted !

Bring your yoga mat, meditation cushion, a warm blanket, lots of water or herbal tea, light snacks.

Plan on having a late light lunch that day, a few hours before the workshop, so that you are neither full nor hungry.

These specific teachings are based on “Your Life is in Your Chakras” by Guru Rattana and lot’s of practicing
