ABOUT STRENGTH CLASSES
Push yourself to be stronger — your body will thank you for it. Strength training has benefits like improved posture, better sleep, increased bone density, weight loss, and a boosted metabolism. You’ll also see the results compound and improve performance in cardio and flexibility exercises.
RIDE (30) + FIT (30)
Combining cardio and strength training for this 60 minute class. Prepare to start in Studio C with RIDE and move into Studio A for core work, toning and sculpt. Combo classes torch calories, burn fat, and build muscle effectively. This practice will improve your endurance, complement your strength development, and build muscle definition.
Barre
Barre delivers incredible body-changing results with a low to no-impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. This is a total body workout that uses small range motions to fatigue the muscles and large range movement to elevate your heart rate. Props are used such as ballet barres, bands, tubing, balls, weights, glider discs, and core mats to enhance the experience.
FIT (40)
FIT (40) is a full body 40 minute work out that will build your strength + confidence. Using resistance training, circuits, and free weights to maximize health benefits, build muscle and maintain a healthy body composition. Increasing the body’s muscle mass, overall metabolic rate increases, which results in more calories burned throughout the day, not just during your work out.
Circuit Ride
CIRCUIT RIDE is a full body workout on the bike. We combine our FIT class circuits with cycle to create the perfect combination workout in half the time. Performance metrics are used with upbeat music, cool lighting effects + body weight bars to build upper body strength, core strength and torch major calories in each class.
