ABOUT RECOVERY CLASSES
Lay back, relax, and do everything short of falling asleep in a comfortable room with ambient lighting. Classes use gravity to naturally open the body. Restorative yoga, yin, and meditation will guide you through longer-held poses as you seek tranquility for body, mind, and spirit. We currently are not offering props for these classes due to C-19 guidelines. All classes have a LIVE STREAM option to take the class in the comfort of your own home. Please feel free to bring a blanket and pillow to compliment your practice.
Yin | Restore
Yin | Restore is a combination of supported poses and longer held floor poses. Aromatherapy may be used in this class to compliment the postures. Prepare to dive into deep relaxation and bliss.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, commonly known as yogic sleep, is an immensely powerful meditation technique that is easy to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana, your instructor will vocally and systematically guide you through a body scan and guided visualization. Currently this class will be an online LIVE STREAM option only. This allows you to enjoy it with your family and friends in the comfort of your own home.
