ABOUT FLEXIBILITY CLASSES
Flexibility is about more than being able to do the splits. In fact, it’s great cross-training. Working on your flexibility decreases your overall risk of injury and increases performance as well. Your muscles will be able to move through a greater range of motion with less energy. Regularly practicing yoga is a great and fun way to keep your muscles lithe and limber. Our hot yoga room is set to 99 degrees and 45% humidity.
POWER VINYASA
Power Vinyasa is a movement-based, hot vinyasa yoga class that combines alignment principles with creative flow. This is a powerful class that will provide a full-body work out.
SLOW FLOW VINYASA
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is an alignment-based, hot vinyasa yoga class that’s perfect for beginners or yogis looking to ease into their practice. We offer more instruction and an opportunity to take your time.
6A FLOW
6A Flow is an all levels class intentional for the early morning time slot. This 50 minute hot vinyasa yoga class focuses on movement and holds to jump start your day.
RIDE (30) + FLOW (30)
Combining cardio and hot yoga for this 60 minute class. Prepare to start in Studio C with RIDE and move into Studio A to link breath and movement in a heated room. This practice will increase your heart rate, improve range of motion and flexibility. Top it off with a cold lavender towel placed on your forehead at the end of class.
