Flexibility is about more than being able to do the splits. In fact, it’s great cross-training. Working on your flexibility decreases your overall risk of injury and increases performance as well. Your muscles will be able to move through a greater range of motion with less energy. Regularly practicing yoga is a great and fun way to keep your muscles lithe and limber. We have separate rooms to serve both hot yoga (95 degrees with 45% humidity) and regular yoga. All classes set to music to enhance the energy of the class.
Power Vinyasa is a movement-based, hot vinyasa yoga class that combines alignment principles with creative flow. This is a powerful class that will provide a full-body work out.
SLOW FLOW VINYASA
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is an alignment-based, hot vinyasa yoga class that’s perfect for beginners or yogis looking to ease into their practice. We offer more instruction and an opportunity to take your time.
FLOW STATE VINYASA
Flow State Vinyasa is a flow-based hot vinyasa yoga class with little to no alignment. This session is designed for the established practitioner. We’ll explore advanced poses and transitions along with free flow movement.
6A Flow is an all levels class intentional for the early morning time slot. This 50 minute hot vinyasa yoga class focuses on movement and holds to jump start your day.
Vinyasa Yoga links breath and movement. Expect a mixture of alignment based static holds with dynamic postures. Suitable for all levels of yogis and not a hot yoga class.
Yin Yoga is not a hot yoga class. Yin is designed to be practiced in a normal temperature or cool room. Passive, grounded poses are held for longer periods of time using props to move into the connective tissue or fascia versus stretching the muscles in traditional yoga. Be at peace, in a slower, more meditative class.
Restore or restorative yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga. Props such as blankets, eye pillows, straps, and bolsters are used to promote opening of the body and deep relaxation, not a hot yoga class. Feel healed, renewed, and ready to start again.
AROMA YIN | RESTORE
Aroma Yin | Restore is a combination of supported poses and longer held floor poses, not a hot yoga class. Aromatherapy, props and hands on assists are used in this class to compliment the postures. Prepare to dive into deep relaxation and bliss.
$10 COMMUNITY CLASS
We offer $10 community hot classes (unlimited members free) that are suitable for all levels. We will combine slow and easy movement with longer hold times.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class but no more than 15.
If you are more than 5 minutes late you will be asked to join the next class
No shows/Late cancels incur a $10 fee. Cancellation must be 3+ hrs before your class.

Bring your yoga mat or we sell and rent mats ($3) specific to hot yoga
Cold lavender towels will be provided during our rest pose at the end of class
Small towels may be rented for $1
