Flexibility is about more than being able to do the splits. In fact, it’s great cross-training. Working on your flexibility decreases your overall risk of injury and increases performance as well. Your muscles will be able to move through a greater range of motion with less energy. Regularly practicing yoga is a great and fun way to keep your muscles lithe and limber. We have separate rooms to serve both hot yoga (99 degrees with 45% humidity) and regular yoga. Several yoga classes have a LIVE STREAM option to take the class in the comfort of your own home.
