Ready to burn calories? Cardio exercise is great for the heart, lungs, and yes, the waistline. And if the healthier body doesn’t convince you, regular cardio exercise such as indoor cycling has also been shown to reduce stress.
Ride
Indoor cycling is focused on endurance, interval training, strength, and recovery. Performance metrics are used in cycling classes along with upbeat music, cool lighting effects + body weight bars to build upper body strength to enhance the experience and torch major calories in each cycling class.
Cardio Barre
Cardio Barre takes the best of barre and fuses it with strength training, high intensity cardio, and resistance training that will keep your mind and muscles guessing. This class is perfect to sculpt and lean out the body as we will spend most of our time working in the fat burning zone.
$10 In Studio Virtual Ride
$10 In Studio Virtual RIDES (free for unlimited members) is an indoor cycling class that is set to YouTube videos for 30 minutes. Take advantage of our state of the art Schwinn Carbon Blue indoor cycling bikes with top of the line consoles to torch calories and get that killer work out in. This option is great for a cycle studio takeover with pals or for more privacy and space while you RIDE.
PARTY RIDE
PARTY RIDE is our Friday night indoor cycling party on the bike. Forget the bar scene, dance on a top of the line spin bike while gaining upper and lower body strength + endurance. Prepare for big beats and a solid rhythm ride with the whole crew.
RIDE (30) + FIT (30)
Combining indoor cycling and strength training for this 60 minute class. Prepare to start in Studio C with cycling and move into Studio A for core work, toning and sculpt. Combo classes torch calories, burn fat, and build muscle effectively. This indoor cycling + strength training class will improve your endurance, complement your strength development, and build muscle definition.
RIDE (30) + Flow (30)
Combining indoor cycling and hot yoga for this 60 minute combo class. Prepare to start in Studio C with cycling and move into Studio A for hot yoga to link breath and movement in a heated room. This cycling and yoga combo will increase your heart rate, improve range of motion and flexibility. Top it off with a cold lavender towel placed on your forehead at the end of class.
Express Ride (30)
30 Minute express version of RIDE. Indoor cycling is focused on endurance, interval training, strength, and recovery. Performance metrics are used in indoor cycling along with upbeat music, cool lighting effects + body weight bars to build upper body strength to enhance the experience and torch major calories in each class.
