Ready to burn calories? Cardio exercise is great for the heart, lungs, and yes, the waistline. And if the healthier body doesn’t convince you, regular cardio exercise has also been shown to reduce stress.
Indoor cycling is focused on endurance, interval training, strength, and recovery. We use performance metrics along with upbeat music and cool lighting effects in a dark room to enhance the spinning experience and burn up to 850 calories per class.
HIIT + FIT Classes
High Intensity Interval Training torches calories, burns fat, and builds muscle effectively. This practice will improve your endurance, complement your strength development, and build muscle definition.
BUTI Yoga Classes
High-intensity fusion of cardio-intensive tribal dance, plyometrics, and yoga. BUTI Yoga will scorch calories while sculpting your body.

Please preregister for class on our branded app, website or Mindbody to guarantee a space.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class but no more than 15.
No late entry for cycle class due to class set up.
No shows/Late cancels incur a $10 fee. Cancellation must be 3+ hrs before your class.
Indoor tennis shoes or clip in cycle shoes required for indoor cycling.
HIIT + FIT is barefoot with the option for indoor tennis shoes.
Space is normal temperature.
Bring water to stay hydrated or we sell water in studio.
Be prepared to sweat.
